On Saturday, we were at one of the Chinese Clinics in Dar es Salaam to build the capacity of laboratory workers. Laboratories are the center for diagnosing a patient's problem and helping to find the right treatment. If we strengthen our laboratory units by building the capacity of our laboratory professionals, then we strengthen treatment.
