Kennedy Kalago is a Medical Laboratory Expert with more than 2 decades working experience within medical Laboratory field. He worked in different areas of Laboratory professional like Blood bank, Blood transfusion, Diagnostics, Research, Supply Chain, Accreditation process etc.

He was permanently employed by different organizations like John Snow Inc. (JSI), Elizabeth Glaser Paediatric Aids Foundation (EGPAF), National Blood Transfusion Service (NBTS), Henry Jackson Foundation Medical Research International (HJFMRI), Health Focus GmbH, Marie Stoppers International Hospital, TMJ Hospital and his current employer is Comprehensive Community Based Rehabilitation in Tanzania (CCBRT).

Under his employment period, he managed to work with international and local donors like PEPFAR, USAID, CDC, GAC, KfW, GIZ, Global Fund, VODAFONE, Coca-Cola, CRDB Bank and NMB Bank, for improving community health in the approach of supporting Ministry of Health (PORALG-RASs, DEDs, RHMT, CHMT and Health facilities).

Academically, he completed Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Project Management & Supply Chain at University of Assam Don Bosco, Guwahati - INDIA and currently is pursuing a PhD program in Public Health at Unicaf University.
